Carryover Connect™ Privacy Policy

Operated by Revenue Stream Builder LLC

Effective Date: September 8, 2026

Carryover Connect™ is a parent-managed educational practice platform operated by Revenue Stream Builder LLC ("Revenue Stream Builder," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you use the Carryover Connect™ website, parent practice app, related account features, communications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

Carryover Connect™ is designed for parents and caregivers to manage an account and provide children with guided speech, language, listening, communication, and everyday-practice activities. Some activities may be completed together with a grown-up, while others may be completed by a child within the parent-managed account experience.

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information Parents and Caregivers Provide

When a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult user ("Parent," "you") creates or manages an account, we may collect:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, login credentials, and account preferences.
  • Subscription and billing information needed to manage your membership. Payment card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored by Carryover Connect™ in full card-number form.
  • Child profile information that you choose to provide, such as a nickname, age range, practice interests, preferred Crew friends, and practice preferences.
  • Communications you send to us, including support requests, feedback, and bug reports.

1.2 Child Profile and Practice Information

A Parent account controls and manages child profiles within Carryover Connect™. We may process limited child-related information supplied or authorized by the Parent in order to personalize and operate the Service.

  • A nickname or first name chosen by the Parent.
  • An age or age range used to help present age-appropriate activities.
  • Practice preferences, such as interests, favorite activities or Crew friends, and read-aloud settings.
  • Practice history, such as activities started or completed, practice dates, practice mode, badges, milestones, and similar engagement information.
  • Other information the Parent voluntarily enters into the child profile.

Carryover Connect™ does not require a child to create a separate account, provide an email address, make a purchase, or independently manage account settings. We do not intentionally ask children to provide sensitive personal information through activity responses.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

When the Service is used, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

  • Usage information, such as pages or features viewed, activities used, session duration, and activity completion.
  • Device and log information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, referring URLs, and diagnostic information.
  • Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies used to keep users signed in, remember preferences such as sound settings, improve reliability, and understand how the Service is used.
  • Technical error information, which may include route, browser, device, audio status, or similar diagnostics when a user submits a support or bug report.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through the Service to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and personalize Carryover Connect™.
  • Create and manage Parent accounts and Parent-controlled child profiles.
  • Recommend or organize activities based on age range, preferences, practice history, or selected interests.
  • Record practice history, badges, milestones, favorites, and other in-app progress indicators.
  • Process subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, and related billing activity through our payment and commerce providers.
  • Send account, access, billing, support, product, or service-related communications.
  • Respond to support requests, investigate bugs, prevent abuse, and improve security and reliability.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

We do not use child profile information for behavioral advertising, and we do not create advertising profiles based on a child's practice activity.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers. We may share information with companies that help us operate Carryover Connect™, such as Base44 for application infrastructure, GoHighLevel and related service providers for checkout, account communications, or customer-management functions, Stripe for payment processing and billing, hosting and storage providers, analytics providers, and support or security vendors. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us, subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; enforce our agreements; investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Revenue Stream Builder LLC, Carryover Connect™ users, children, or others.

Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

With your direction or consent. We may share information when you ask us to do so or otherwise provide consent.

4. Children's Privacy

Carryover Connect™ is intended to be purchased, registered, and managed by adults. Children do not create their own Carryover Connect™ accounts, enter payment information, or control account-level settings.

A Parent may create and manage a child profile and may allow the child to participate in Carryover Connect™ activities within that Parent-controlled environment. Some activities are designed for shared parent-child practice, while others may be used by the child independently after the Parent has provided access through the Parent account.

We seek to collect only the limited child-related information reasonably necessary to provide and personalize the Service. We do not knowingly require children to disclose more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity.

We do not use child profile information for third-party behavioral advertising or knowingly sell child personal information.

Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with a child profile, or may request that further collection or use stop. A Parent may also delete a child profile through available account controls where offered. Requests may be sent to hello@carryoverconnect.com.

If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in a manner that does not comply with applicable children's privacy law, we will take appropriate steps, which may include deleting the information.

5. Payments and Third-Party Commerce Services

Payments and recurring billing are handled through third-party service providers, including Stripe and commerce or customer-management tools used by Revenue Stream Builder LLC. Those providers may collect billing name, billing address, payment method details, transaction information, tax information, and related data necessary to process a purchase or subscription. Their handling of payment information is governed by their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

Carryover Connect™ does not store complete payment card numbers on its own application servers.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure. These safeguards may include encrypted transmission, authentication controls, restricted access, and use of established third-party infrastructure providers. No online service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain an active account or subscription, support legitimate business operations, comply with legal and financial recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security of the Service.

When an account or child profile is deleted, we will delete or de-identify associated information within a reasonable period unless retention is required or permitted by law, needed for fraud prevention or security, or necessary to preserve transaction, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal records.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You may update certain account and child-profile information through the Service. You may also contact us at hello@carryoverconnect.com with privacy questions or requests.

You may adjust browser cookie settings and certain in-app preferences, such as sound or read-aloud settings. Disabling certain browser storage features may affect how the Service functions.

9. Analytics and Product Improvement

We may use analytics and diagnostic tools to understand how Carryover Connect™ is used, measure feature performance, identify errors, improve navigation, and make the Service more reliable. We do not use child profile activity to create behavioral advertising profiles.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Carryover Connect™ may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including payment services, video platforms, or other resources. We do not control the privacy practices of third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services.

11. International Users

Carryover Connect™ is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from another country, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, our practices, or applicable law. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means.
